Card Sound Golf Club is a private club located within Ocean Reef Club at the northern tip of Key Largo, FL. Designed by Robert Von Hagge and Bruce Devlin in 1974, the course was renovated in 1999 by Brian Silva to enhance playability and challenge. Known for its outstanding food and service, the Clubhouse offers an intimate atmosphere for private events and dining.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Card Sound Golf Club in Key Largo, FL. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, preparing and cooking meals, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food production. The role will also involve menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards.

• Culinary skills, including meal preparation and cooking techniques
• Menu planning and inventory management skills
• Leadership and supervisory experience in a kitchen setting
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Health and safety certifications (e.g., ServSafe)
• Previous experience in a fine dining establishment is a plus
