Job Title: Loan Documentation Specialist

Location: Chandler, AZ 85286 (Hybrid after onsite training)

Duration: 6+ months contract with possible extension/conversion

Hours: Training - Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, after training Monday thru Friday either 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM

• This is an ever-changing process due to state and federal regulations and GSE requirements.
• Mortgage or Home Equity experience (need to target Junior Underwriters, Home Loan Processors, Closers, and Funders).
• Loan Doc Review experience.

Description:

• Reviewing the insurance documentation and approving within our policy and procedures and in accordance with GSE guidelines.
• Underwriting for the insurance process.
• Support Loan Documentation; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Loan Documentation impact.
• Perform complex transactional support tasks.
• Provide support on escalated questions.
• Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information.
• Required Qualifications: 2-4 years of Mortgage or Home Equity operations experience, specifically Junior Underwriting, Home Loan Processing, Closing, or Funding.
• Must have Loan Doc Review experience as well.
