Field Service Technician

Are you an Electrical / Mechanical Technician, who speaks both Spanish and English, looking to join a company offering lots of training and technical development?

On offer is a highly varied role, where you will receive full training to become a Field Service Technician, where you will travel to customer sites and work on state-of-the-art machinery, with plenty of opportunities to boost your earnings through overtime.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global specialist, with a growing customer base across the US and Mexico. They are known for their high retention rate and have a fantastic reputation for developing their staff with dedicated training programs for new starters and continued skill development.

Once fully trained you will primarily be traveling throughout the US, but also covering customer plants in Mexico and Costa Rica. All expenses are paid, including travel time, which means plenty of overtime pay available.

This role will suit someone from a mechanical and electrical background, looking for lots of training to become a Field Service Technician within a stable and growing business that offers fantastic long term progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Full training at their facility in Charlotte, NC
• Troubleshooting, maintenance, installation and testing of their equipment
• Working on electrical and mechanical systems
• Traveling to customer sites throughout the USA (70%) and Mexico and Costa Rica (30%)
• Plenty of overtime opportunities
• Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week guaranteed (plus overtime on top)

The Person:

• Mechanical and electrical background
• Any previous experience within a field or service based role would be ideal
• Ideally from a manufacturing background
• Must be able to speak and communicate well in both English and Spanish
