Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• High academic achievement.
• Experience in executive compensation (2019-2020, 2022-2023 classes preferred).
• Admission to or ability to waive into NY, DC, or TX Bar.

Compensation: $225,000–$365,000, commensurate with experience.
