The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years+ of Chapter 11 bankruptcy (debtor-side) experience at a law firm
• Litigation experience in federal court regarding issues involving bankruptcy law, California law, and/or New York law is highly desirable
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Outstanding academic credentials and a license to practice law in California (active and in good standing); license to practice law in New York is a plus
