Through the Wonderful Career Center (WCC) we are offering a free Technical Operator Training program to train high school graduates in the surrounding communities to help launch their career towards higher paying roles with companies like the Wonderful Companies and our Industrial Park Partners.? It is our goal 100% of the trainee graduates get a job after this program with the support of the Wonderful Company Career Center services.
Job Description
The Wonderful Technical Operator Program is an unpaid, free training program that aims to prepares individuals for a high-paying role through mechanical or electrical training.? You will learn the basics of electrical and mechanics through lectures, videos, and hands-on mini-lab activities.? We are looking for individuals with life or work experiences in problem solving who are not to work with equipment or technology.? If you have a willingness to learn and work hard – this training is for you!?
  • This is an unpaid, technical training program and does not guarantee a full-time job. However, upon completion of the training program, graduates will be considered to interview for a full-time position at the Wonderful Pistachio & Almond Company.
Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Commitment to complete the 2-week training program
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
Additional Information
Program Dates: 1/20/2025 - 1/31/2025
Program Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
Must go through interview process to be selected to participate in program .
