We are looking for a Tech Support Manager/Application Developer Team Lead for a fulltime opportunity. Someone to oversee the Functional and Technical support teams in the client site. Someone who can lead a team of 6-12 people and bring together all the aspects of support, release management, stakeholder management, data acquisition, troubleshooting and reporting. This person can come from a number of different backgrounds but the focus needs to be on applications and software. You will be technology agnostic and have the ability to mentor, manage, collaborate and work with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.
