Dealer Services Representative

Location: Onsite - Deerfield Beach, FL or Mobile, AL

Type: Long-Term-Contract (12+ Months)

Job Description :

• Accurately entering and reviewing retail and lease contracts from dealers
• Ability to use 10 key calculator by touch
• Basic mathematical skills
• Understand SETF Bulletins, policies, procedures and workflows
• Proficient data entry skills
• Solid verbal and communication skills
• Solid written communication skills
• Shift priorities when necessary
• Time management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Has knowledge of SETF systems that support both the credit and the dealer body (RouteOne- eContracts, LOS, & Mainframe)

Expected results:

• Accurately and promptly entering and reviewing retail and lease contracts in the automated contract processing system.
• Process all contracts to completion within one day of receipt while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
