Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for callers.
• Check-in and check-out guests, maintaining a professional and organized process.
• Keep the lobby neat, orderly, and presentable at all times.
• Tidy the breakroom and help coordinate monthly office lunches.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail while organizing outgoing mail.
• Ensure the front doors are ready to welcome employees and visitors by 7:30 AM.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive to support administrative tasks.
