Major Duties

• Oversee repair and maintenance of building and assets.
• Manage assigned associates.
• Supervise janitorial services and grounds maintenance such as landscaping, lawn care and snow removal.
• Communicates with management and contractors as required.
• Provides support for ecological sustainability.

Compensation range starting at 61,000, negotiable based on education, experience, fit and interview up to 40% increase

This position will require prior experience in warehouse or distribution facility maintenance.
