The firm is committed to expanding its litigation practice, including trial work, and no book of business is required . The position can be based in Los Angeles or Orange County.

The ideal candidate will have:

· 8+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably from a large firm

· Excellent case management and legal research/writing skills

· Trial experience is a plus, but not a requirement

· Top academic credentials

· A license to practice law in California (active and in good standing)
