Position Overview

Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Redlands, CA

Yita LLC, a leading marketing and e-commerce company specializing in Auto-Parts and Furniture, is rapidly growing with six private warehouses across the United States (Los Angeles, Seattle, New Jersey, Atlanta, and Dallas), totaling over 600,000 square feet of storage space. We operate on major platforms like Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, and Walmart, as well as through our own self-developed websites. Our commitment to demand-driven innovation enables us to provide end customers globally with high-quality products, unique brands, and systems supported by our strategically located warehouses.

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Redlands, CA location to lead daily warehouse operations and manage strategic goals. This full-time position requires a leader focused on optimizing warehouse performance, inventory management, transportation efficiency, and safety, all while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a proactive approach to warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in reviewing and recommending improvements to operations, processes, and systems. Support the implementation of approved changes.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, personnel management, operational efficiency, and product quality, in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Oversee the company fleet to ensure safe operation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to meet account needs and expectations.
• Lead, hire, train, develop, supervise, and manage warehouse staff performance.
• Provide clear, consistent feedback to team members and leadership on progress towards goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to exceed customer expectations and address service failures with corrective actions.
• Assist in warehouse design planning, product flow, and product handling systems. Evaluate and recommend new equipment as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with external suppliers to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
• Maintain a positive attitude while navigating industry and company changes, providing leadership to your team.
• Participate in company meetings and share best practices, solutions, and industry insights.
• Represent the company positively within the community, in alignment with our marketing and customer goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000 per year (We offer both hourly and salaried options for this position)
