We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiters to join our team. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, and complete write-up of prospective candidates, to conducting phone/video interviews, managing the deal process, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and be familiar with sourcing candidates as well as various recruitment tools and strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals

- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

- Conduct phone/video screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for our clients open positions

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions

- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track progress throughout the recruitment process

- Conduct reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates

- Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate compensation packages

- Maintain relationships with current and future clients

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

- Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or Corporate Recruiter

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (Taleo, Salesforce, Workday, PCRecruiter)

- Familiarity with talent management systems

- Strong understanding of HR sourcing strategies and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Employee Satisfaction:

- Full commission at 40,45,& 50% of our service fees - average $12,000/closed deal (Recruiters are closing 18-20 deals their first year!)
