Looking for an Instructional Designer responsible for providing training, design and at the elbow support for end users at the organization.

What we’re looking for

We expect:

• Master the UKG Pro Workforce Management application and associated organizational workflows
• Update UKG provided training materials (Quick Start Guides and Classroom Based Training) to fit the needs of our organization
• Work with leadership to create training plan for organization.
• Create and implement onboarding plan for credentialed trainers
• Provide training and at the elbow support for end users
• Create tip sheets to fit the needs of our organization
• Lead Manual Schedule Entry Labs
• Experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management / Dimensions
• Must reside within driving distance to Santa Barbara County, CA or somewhere that has direct flights to that area
• W2 project-based consultants will be expected to provide a computing device that adheres to industry standards and security best practices to use in satisfying the Project Services on behalf of Tegria

Work Location: This position is On-site. Must reside within driving distance to Santa Barbara County, CA or somewhere that has direct flights to that area
