Human Technologies, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a manufacturing company in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This is a direct hire, salaried role. Salary will depend on experience and education, and the range is approximately $75,000 – 85,000 / year. Requirements:
- Must have 7+ years of experience in a Maintenance role within the manufacturing industry, repairing and troubleshooting various types of plant equipment and machinery.
- Must have 4+ years in a Supervisory role, with strong leadership and management abilities.
- Must have strong mechanical/technical aptitude and experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance.
- Lean manufacturing experience and/or certification is a plus.
- Must be proficient with MS Office software.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians, providing leadership and training.
- Manage the execution of all required plant maintenance, including preventative maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
- Create or update SOP’s and ensure that all team members are trained on any changes.
- Maintain and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and other departmental and employee goals.
- Ensure a safe work environment for all company employees.
- Coordinate with the plant Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Director, and other departments to effectively schedule maintenance work.
- Work to continuously improve machinery down time and be proactive in addressing issues.
- Serve as the main contact for technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Track all maintenance work completed and all maintenance related paperwork.
- Ensure that inventory levels for parts and tools are maintained at the appropriate level; coordinate with supply chain team to procure necessary materials.
- Conduct personnel evaluations periodically, and continuously mentor and develop the maintenance team members.
