We are seeking an experienced IP Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or computer science and a passion for intellectual property law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze technical documents and patent portfolios
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memos
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Participate in court proceedings and client meetings
• Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop IP strategy
• Manage and oversee junior associates on projects

Qualifications:

• A science degree in engineering or computer science
• 2+ years of experience in IP Litigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
