Salary Range: $70k-$80k/year plus Bonus and Benefits

SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a new Director of Sales for their property in York, PA. Leading the sales team in driving sales, marketing, and product development programs to new heights for their 170+ room property that offers over 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead and develop the Sales team to drive top line revenue goals

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies-including online.

· Create sales budgets and supervise advertising and promotional activities

· Innovate strategies for product positioning, packaging, and pricing

· Expand existing accounts and cultivate new business opportunities for both Rooms and Catering departments

QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven record of leading a hotel sales team.

· Five years of hotel sales success, business and group success preferred.

· Displayed understanding of market with distinct demand generators.
