Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities within the food and beverage industry, leveraging your professional sales experience. You’ll begin with comprehensive training to master an organizational prospecting system, along with access to a robust database of potential clients to jumpstart your efforts. Your primary focus will be engaging business owners, senior decision-makers, and executives to offer tailored solutions for linen, chef apparel, aprons, mats, and other promotional product needs.

In this role, you will represent our company, promoting its reputation, eco-friendly operations, reliability, and standing in the industry. Your success will rely on using both traditional methods, such as cold-calling, and modern strategies, including networking, to build strong partnerships with customers.

Ideal Candidate Profile


We’re seeking candidates with:

  • Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Experience selling solutions in competitive markets.
  • Strong prospecting (phone, internet, and in-person) and closing skills.
  • A history of success in contractual business sales (e.g., office equipment, communication solutions, etc.).
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (advanced education preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B cold calling (outbound and in-person), preferred.
  • Experience with Wingmate is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (safety-sensitive position).
  • Service industry experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation : $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
