Project / Construction Manager
Location: Monroe/Snohomish, WA | Employment Type: Full Time/Direct Hire
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000/annually
Are you ready to lead cutting-edge cable and telecom construction projects? Join our team as a Project / Construction Manager, where you'll oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of cable television and broadband networks.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan & Execute Projects: Develop schedules, manage budgets, and oversee aerial, underground, and fiber optic cable installations.
- Lead Teams: Guide field crews, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance: Promote a safe work environment and adhere to OSHA and industry standards.
- Monitor Progress: Track project performance, manage budgets, and present regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Clients & Vendors: Serve as the main point of contact, manage vendor contracts, and resolve customer concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections to ensure all work meets client and company standards.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in construction or project management, preferably in cable/telecom.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optics, aerial, and underground cable systems.
- Proficiency in construction management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
