Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Seattle, Washington (Hybrid)
Department: Engineering
Compensation: $150,000 - $183,040 annually
About the Role:
My client, an award-winning engineering firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role involves supporting education, commercial, federal, ports, and/or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in designing federal, ports, or educational facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical design projects and a team of design engineers.
  • Perform QAQC on electrical projects and mentor emerging professionals.
  • Demonstrate project management skills and manage multiple large-size projects.
  • Conduct field surveys, prepare site assessment reports, and design electrical systems.
  • Perform electrical calculations using ETAP/SKM and design low and medium voltage infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with CAD/BIM standards.
  • Review and respond to RFIs, review equipment submittals, and perform punch walks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP/SKM, and Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and Washington State Codes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
