Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Clinical Research Nurse to join our dynamic research team. The Clinical Research Nurse will play a critical role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of clinical trials to evaluate new treatments and interventions. Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including the administration of treatments, blood draws, and monitoring of participants during clinical trials.
• Protocol Adherence: Ensure all clinical trials are conducted in accordance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Data Collection: Collect and manage clinical trial data accurately, including documentation of adverse events, patient assessments, and laboratory results.
• Patient Education: Educate and counsel patients and their families about clinical trial participation, including the benefits, risks, and responsibilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with principal investigators, research coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth trial operations and data integrity.
• Monitoring: Conduct regular follow-ups with trial participants, track their progress, and report any issues or deviations from the protocol.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for trial participants.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
