GREAT TEAM, BOSS AND COMPANY! Our top client is looking for a polished and professional Executive Assistant to join their team. We seek candidates with industry knowledge, a strong work history, and stellar technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative, scheduling, and travel coordination support, while acting as a superb representation of the firm
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones as needed
• Arrange travel (international and domestic)
• Reserve conference rooms, order catering, and prepare meeting materials
• Coordinate team & client meetings
• Assist with firm-wide event planning
• Process expense reports
• Maintain strong and collaborative relationships across the organization
• Provide additional support and assistance with ad hoc projects, as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of directly related work experience
• Venture Capital industry knowledge highly preferred
• Microsoft Office
• Polished and Professional
