A smaller, newly renovated luxury Inn (19 keys) located in a secluded oceanfront setting on the northernmost edge of the California's beautiful wine country is seeking a talented Sous Chef to work shoulder to shoulder with the Executive Chef in developing seasonal menus, leading the property's two dining outlets and executing exquisite, upscale dishes using the freshest ingredients from local suppliers.

An on-site 2-bedroom home with paid utilities is included as part of the compensation package. Relocation support is available, but California/Western US residents are strongly preferred. US WORK AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a Sous Chef role
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution
- Exposure to Michelin/James Beard-level quality is desirable
- Must have strong technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, passionate creative vision, a collaborative spirit and commitment to leadership and service excellence
