Location: Louisiana
Duration: ASAP - Ongoing (until perm is hired)
Reason for coverage: Volume
Schedule: 1 week/month that includes a Friday through a Monday plus 3 other days
Shift: Mon-Fri 8a-5p, weekend/weeknight call
Call: Weeknight and weekend (clinic call coverage and NICU hospital call coverage only) Call coverage otherwise is phone only and only their practice. Seldom in person response. Might have 3-4 nights of weeknight call and 1 night off
Patient volume: 15-20/day, sometimes less
Scope: 100 % pediatric cardiology
EMR: Epic
Affiliated Hospital: 171 bed, no trauma designation
Group/support: RN/MA in clinic
Requirements: Active LA license (will consider IMLC). Board certified or truly eligible.
