Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends, forecasts, and variances.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Develop financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Monitor budget adherence and prepare variance reports.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand financial implications of their operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
