Our Client, an A Global Retail Company , is looking for a QA Lead Engineer to join their team REMOTELY in San Francisco, CA

Pay: $93/hour

As the QA Lead with expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro you will oversee and lead functional testing across various modules, including Reporting, Scheduling, Employee Self-Service (ESS), Timekeeping, Attendance, Mobile and Personas

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Leadership

• Lead QA efforts for UKG Pro WFM projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with QAs to define testing strategies.
• Mentor and guide QA team members to promote best practices.

Test Planning and Execution

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Execute manual and automated tests using Test Assure and other relevant tools.
• Monitor and document test results, ensuring traceability and compliance.

UKG Configuration and Validation

• Validate UKG Pro WFM configurations to ensure they align with client specifications.
• Perform end-to-end testing of UKG integrations, workflows, and data flows.

Defect Management

• Identify, document, and prioritize defects using appropriate tools.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues promptly.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on industry best practices, QA methodologies, and UKG Pro WFM updates.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance QA effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: More than 5-7+ years in quality assurance,
• Strong experience with UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems.
• strong background in Test Assure
• Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with Test Assure and other testing tools.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of UKG configuration, workflows, and customizations.
