Design Engineer
Location: Lafayette, IN
Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 (Depending on Experience)

Our client is seeking a dedicated Design Engineer to join their Lafayette, IN office, leading design tasks for a variety of infrastructure projects. Responsibilities
- Lead design tasks, including project calculations, report preparation, roadway modeling, and planning.
- Assist in preparing proposal documents and conducting preliminary project evaluations.
- Coordinate tasks, reporting to the project manager to assist in tracking budgets, schedules, and project progress.
- Support teams in the Indianapolis and regional offices on various infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with other firms and public agencies to aid in project coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT) in Indiana.
- Experience in transportation project design for INDOT, county, or municipal projects.
- Proficiency in ACAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Bentley Open Roads Designer, StormCAD, CDSS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
