Great LOCAL opportunity for CDL A Drivers with tanker endorsements.
n
Responsibilities
n
Will be working primarily local (2 hr radius)
n
n - Operate commercial motor vehicles such as Vacuum ,Tankers, Box and Dump Trucks, Roll Off trucks.
n - Ensure the truck remains in proper and safe working order and that routine and required maintenance occurs on a timely basis
n - Maintain daily e-logs, safety & inspection reports, expense reports, project reports while ensuring they are properly completed
n - Must be willing to perform manual labor related tasks to support projects
n - Ensure the company’s health and safety culture, policies and requirements are met
n - Comply with all Federal, State and local laws regulating safe driving and the safe and proper handling of hazardous materials
n - Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customer and co-workers
n - Ability to be on call for emergency response (on rotational schedule basis)
n - Ability to perform work based on task conditions and hazards
n - Maintain appropriate driver's license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements

Qualifications
n
n - Valid Class A CDL with Tanker
n - Clear Driving Record
n - Experience driving manual transmission
n - History of DOT compliance and safety is required
n - Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, regulations, and guidelines
n - Ability to travel overnight as required on occasion
n - Frequently lift 40-50 pounds
n - Willingness & ability to frequently climb ladders, stairs etc.
n - Must pass DOT physical, drug screening and background check
n - Must currently possess both Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements prior to joining the Shamrock team.
n - Valid history of job stability.
n - 2+ years or more of driving experience.
