We are hiring for a Nocturnist positions. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
People First in Apple Valley Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 8 hospitalists at Providence St. Mary Medical Center.
- Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.
- Sound Physicians Intensivists provide support to the hospitalist team.
Qualifications:
- Internal medicine and family medicine candidates are eligible. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible with the expectation of obtaining certification.
- New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.

Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling:
- This nocturnist role primarily involves night coverage, offering flexibility and a distinct work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will work in an open ICU environment, though no procedures are required.
- The role utilizes Epic EMR, with access to Sound Physicians' internal informatics platform for seamless patient management.

- Compensation: Compensation is based on the number of shifts worked. On average, our nocturnist physicians earn a yearly base salary ranging from $316K to $345K.
