Staff Pharmacist

We are looking for full-time Pharmacists to provide high-quality patient-centered care services with a focus on quality measures. Supervise the daily activities of support personnel. Promote cost-effective drug use and quality patient care. Improve professional skills and knowledge. Professionally perform all job functions.

Requirements:

1. Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy
2. Must hold a current Indiana license or hold a current license within another state and be licensed in Indiana within three (3) months of hire
3. BLS required
4. ACLS certification is required within 6 months of hire
