Responsibilities
- Manage and reach the set business targets assigned within certain territories
- Create sales plan for the standard catalog products in the North America market
- Maintain active business development plan; update it as market/product change within budget constraints.
- Monitoring all progress of business trends and projects in order to achieve financial growth and assigned tasks
- Work to improve the customer base
- Understand and support AIC sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective solution to all customers.
- Work closely with the supportive teams to develop suitable plan for the standard products sell
- Create and maintain accurate records and sales reports
- Business travel is required as needed.
- Assist in the training of co-workers as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
§ 10 year plus sales experience in the server, storage, computer systems field
§ Customer relationships build up and maintenance
§ Experience on obtain better brand recognition and financial growth
§ Business travel, commute required
§ Bachelor’s degree or above
Salary:
120k-150k
