We are currently seeking a Business Services Specialist to join our fast paced, diverse, and safety centric team.

A typical day as a Business Services Specialist can include:

• Preparing and processing customer and vendor quotes;
• Ensuring that each quote is processed promptly and accurately;
• Addressing customer questions, comments, and concerns;
• Working with other departments to ensure that project requests are fulfilled and given to the customer for approval;
• Communicating with team members and customers on inventory levels and shipment arrival estimates;
• Assisting customers and/or vendors in problem resolution.

An ideal candidate would have:

• Earned a Bachelor’s Degree;
• Enjoy interacting with customers and providing great customer service;
• Intermediate skills in Excel (i.e. pivot table and VLookups);
• Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks;
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
