Bowen, Miclette & Britt Insurance Agency, LLC (BMB) has an opening for a qualified and experienced Personal Lines Client Advisor!

We are seeking a Personal Lines Client Advisor with experience with high net worth carriers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate submissions new/renewal to submit to appropriate insurance companies
  • Prepares summaries and proposals for new and renewal accounts
  • Handle private client accounts including the day-to-day servicing while building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
  • Serves as a resource for Personal Lines Account Managers and other BMB team members
  • Pre-underwrite information gathering, coverage analysis, and proposal presentations

  • Qualifications

    • 2+ Years of relevant insurance industry experience
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
    • Excellent negotiation skills – verbal/written communication skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively across each level of the agency
    • Demonstrate knowledge of market appetite, marketing processes, and marketing strategy


    Licensing Requirements

    General Lines Property & Casualty Agent License

     

    BMB provides excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, paid PTO, 401(k), flexible working hours and competitive compensation packages. After the first 3 to 6 months, you may be eligible to work in the office 50% of the time.
