We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our Banking Domain team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile principles and experienced in facilitating high-performing teams within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

• Act as a servant leader, driving team collaboration, and coaching Agile principles.

• Assist Product Owners with backlog refinement and sprint planning.

• Ensure sprint releases stay on track and update agile planning tools.

• Collect and provide relevant data and metrics for sprint accomplishments and opportunities.

• Attend Scrum of Scrums meetings to synchronize across teams and resolve blockers.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.

• Drive continuous improvement by coaching the team to own and improve their processes.
