Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to manage day-to-day executive administrative functions. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in communication and can work independently with discretion and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be a team player and an independent problem solver, capable of handling diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage complex calendaring and schedule coordination.
• Arrange frequent domestic and international travel.
• Process and submit expense reports.
• Project manage team and firm events.
• Assist with daily office operations as needed.
• Take on special projects outside of the EA role as required.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of executive support experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with executive teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom; experience with Concur or similar expense software is a plus.
• Experience coordinating large meetings and working with high-level executives.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000
