Summary:
To plan, execute, and optimize paid media and paid social strategies across various channels to improve brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid media strategies across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness, tracking KPIs to ensure targets and ROI are met.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media advertising.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in paid media campaign management and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Knowledge of best practices in paid media strategy, implementation, and optimization.
- Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Salary: $40,000-$50,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
