Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Director of Therapy Operations in managing the therapy team effectively.
• Communicating with various hospital departments to ensure optimal patient care and staff support.
• Supervising and mentoring therapist assistants and technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
• Delivering direct patient care 80% - 90% of your work hours while ensuring compliance with care plans.
• Assisting with staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training activities to maintain adequate coverage for patient treatments.
• Fostering a positive environment that aligns with the hospital's mission and goals.

Qualifications:

• Active State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a related field, including at least two years in a clinical setting.
• Preference for candidates who are active on the Therapy Clinical Ladder or have relevant specialty certifications.
