Commercial Construction Superintendent Our client is a trusted leader in commercial construction, delivering quality projects across Montana and the surrounding region. Position Overview: Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for commercial projects in the Great Falls area. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and supervising field staff. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and company quality standards. Maintain project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep timelines on track. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA standards. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project managers. Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and project documentation. Oversee material deliveries, inventory management, and equipment usage. Proactively address and resolve issues to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Proven track record managing ground-up projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
