Locums - Hazard, Kentucky, Urology Opening (IMLC Accepted)Clinical Role:

    • 11/11/24 - 5/31/25
    • Clinic and Call Coverage
    • Facility will accept multiple providers
    • Admissions Required
    • 15 Patients Per Shift
    • Beds in Facility: 358, but not all in use currently
    • Skills Required:
    • Adult General Urology
    • Laparoscopic surgeries
    • Percutaneous nephrolithotomy
    • Incontinence procedures
    • Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
    • Assigned/Unassigned Patients
    • Phone Consults: 5
    • Call Patients Seen: 10
    • Admissions: 2
    • 30 Minute call response time required
    • Active KY License or IMLC Accepted
    • Fellowship Required
    • ABLS, ACLS, BLS Required
    • Trauma Level IV
    • EMR: MediTech
