Reliability Engineering Group Leader

Our client has a strong reliability culture across the organization and they place a high value on their engineers. This Houston site is working to upgrade the reliability at a recently acquired unit that has been impacting several other units. This is a great opportunity to make an impact on the site.

• Supervise and coach several Mechanical Reliability Engineers at a large petrochemical plant
• Drive a disciplined approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
• Implement Best Practices and develop/optimize Predictive/Preventative Maintenance Systems
• Assign unit reliability roles and reliability oriented projects to your team
• Serve as a working manager to additionally make technical contributions
• Support the design and installation of equipment and modifications to improve reliability
• Lead or participate on Reliability Improvement Teams
• Lead incident investigations
• Develop reliability improvement plans to prepare for a TA that is one year out
