Job Description:

• Greet customers and respond to customer inquiries at an automotive dealership.
• Provide customers with repair estimates and manage paperwork.
• Schedule car rentals and assist with appointments.
• Make calls to schedule sales appointments and follow up with customers.
• Keep records of customer communications and transactions.
