Key Responsibilities:

— Serve drinks and snacks to guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring an enjoyable experience.

— Operate and maintain Full Swing golf simulators, providing guests with guidance and ensuring smooth gameplay.

— Use Club Caddie software to manage reservations, check-ins, and bookings for simulator times, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

— Assist guests in setting up and troubleshooting golf simulators, providing support for a seamless experience.

— Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall atmosphere of the bar and simulator areas.

— Handle cash register transactions, process payments, and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations.

— Create and foster a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment where guests can relax, play, and socialize.

Qualifications:

— Prior experience in bartending, customer service, or similar roles preferred.

— Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, Club Caddie software and Full Swing golf simulators.

— Basic knowledge of golf or enthusiasm to learn and assist guests with the game.

— Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

— Ability to thrive in a social environment while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
