Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Test Center of Excellence (TCOE) Lead to oversee and drive quality assurance initiatives for our organization. This hybrid role, based in King of Prussia, PA, requires a hands-on leader with expertise in Agile methodologies, testing tools, and frameworks. The TCOE Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end testing strategies, both manual and automated, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Job Description:

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium.

Strong programming skills in Java.

Experience with API testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).

Hands-on experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

Comprehensive understanding of manual and automated testing processes.

Expertise in Agile testing methodologies and practices.

Proficiency in using JIRA for test case management and defect tracking.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.

Proven experience leading and mentoring QA teams.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
