Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Leader with a proven track record in selling software or technology solutions to enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling into the financial services or healthcare industries, combine deep technological acumen with outstanding sales leadership skills, and drive business growth by building strategic relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise-level clients, with a focus on financial services and healthcare industries.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and present customized software and technology solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and present insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in enterprise-level sales of software or technology solutions, with a focus on the financial services or healthcare industries.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technology solutions, software products, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to establish trust and rapport with enterprise clients and internal teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
