Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Commercial)

Location: Washington, DC (onsite)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management
• Experience managing a wide variety of vertical commercial construction projects
• Experience working on projects over $20 million.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and standards
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, contractors, and consultants
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and other relevant software tools

Pluses

• PMP, CCM, PE, or other certifications

Day to Day

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors and subcontractors on various aspects of the project
• Review and update project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, invoices and reports
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and contractual standards
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify progress and identify issues
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on project status, issues and resolutions
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, records and files
