Job Summary :

We are seeking two Senior Data Analysts to join our team to support the EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Transformation program. These individuals will work closely with business stakeholders and project team members to identify, understand, and drive the data requirements essential for data migration, integrations, and comprehensive reporting and analytics. The role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of the new EAM system for a leading utilities company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into functional IT requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Create detailed functional design specifications for data integrations and data transformations involving both structured and unstructured data.
• Support data migration strategies and assist in testing and validation processes.
• Provide insight and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and product delivery.
• Work with IT and business teams to ensure alignment of data processes with the organization’s strategic goals.

Qualifications :

• Strong experience in SQL development for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Proven expertise in writing functional design specifications for data integrations and transformations.
• Experience in working with structured and unstructured data.
• Ability to capture, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and related data processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Backgrounds :

• Prior experience in data analysis roles within the energy, utility, or asset management industries.
• Familiarity with large-scale data migrations and data integration projects.
