We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects efficiently and on time. This role involves coordinating with teams, managing budgets, ensuring quality outcomes, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Scope & Planning

• Define project goals, requirements, risks, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Manage changes per project and PMO guidelines.
• Track vendor performance and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Use and follow team methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Six Sigma, etc.).

Scheduling

• Plan project milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate team activities and maintain timelines.
• Ensure timely project delivery within agreed schedules.

Budget Management

• Plan resource needs (budget, staff, materials) for project success.
• Monitor costs and keep spending within approved budgets.
• Work with vendors and teams to ensure accurate billing.

Quality Assurance

• Deliver results that meet agreed project requirements.
• Obtain sign-off from stakeholders on deliverables.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project Management, IT, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Formal project management training is a plus.

Experience:

• 10+ years of project management experience handling large or multiple projects.
• 5+ years of IT-related projects (knowledge of software development lifecycle preferred).
• 3+ years of working with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, etc.).
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE, SCRUM) required.
• Experience in retail and bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Skills:

Operational Skills:

• Experience with eCommerce, CRM, Retail POS, and Digital Merchandising.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle and Product Information Management systems.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Office 365, MS Teams, JIRA, Smartsheets, and project tools.
• Familiarity with data tools (Power BI, Snowflake) and data principles (Syndigo a plus).
• Understanding of microservices architecture is a bonus.
