mroads is looking for a "Product Manager" with experience in real estate or hospitality domain for one of the direct clients. This is a remote opportunity with 25% travel.

Description:

• We are looking for a product manager (strategic) + product owner (execution) combo.
• Strategic (Product Manager)
• Should have experience with doing product and user discovery
• Understand the importance of metrics and how to define the success of a product
• Understand how to measure success of a product
• Understand the “why” behind a product was created
• Influence stakeholders on specific direction we need to take with a product based on data
• Ability to present effectively to executives
• Ability to do market research; competitive analysis, etc.
• Hands-on Execution (Product Owner)
• Write effective requirements, user-stories and acceptance criteria
• Work effectively with the engineering team to execute development of product
• Conduct UAT to ensure the product meets the requirements
• Deploy product and provide post-production support
