Position: Construction Estimator

Location: Raleigh, NC

Salary: Up to $90,000

As an Estimator, you'll play a pivotal role in the bidding process, analyzing specifications and drawings to develop competitive and accurate proposals. Their projects include multi-family housing, hotels, medical offices, industrial facilities, and more across North and South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret project drawings to assess scope and prepare detailed estimates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and stakeholders throughout the bidding process.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive bids, considering labor, material costs, and profitability goals.
• Manage the complete bid submission process, including final refinements and delivering required documents.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in estimating or reading construction drawings.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and time management under pressure.
