Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product Development Manager at LEM Products in West Chester, Ohio. The Senior Product Development Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day product development tasks related to home processing equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, assist with market research, managing product lifecycles, compliance, and driving strategies to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, or a related field or relevant business experience.
• 5 -10 years of experience in product development of small appliances or a similar role; with prior management experience.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to commercialization.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and cost optimization techniques.
• Strong market awareness, with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality products.
• A creative mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
